I've had a million hair colors but not I was that dark green and it looks so lovely on you! How light did you have to bleach it? I can't find a single answer to this question anywhere. And I do not want to over bleach my hair again.
I bleached it enough to where I could cover it to a dark green. And I actually had some reddish hair dyes in before I bleached it, so when I did bleach it, it came out a natural colored sort of red. I looked like a normal redhead. It was strange. Actually, I can post a picture now.

So yeah. Excuse my faces. But I went from the black color to that red. I actually really liked the red. So I kept that for a couple weeks until my dark brown roots became a problem. And then I put the dark green over it. It took a few times for the green to really counteract the red. So it faded pretty quickly the first couple times. Now it stays for a relatively long time, 3 or 4 weeks, which is pretty good for a very colorful, temporary dye. So yeah, I think even a light brown in the same range as that would work. I totally understand. I definitely didn’t want to fry my hair. The key is to not go too light and then to cover it with a pretty dark green. Hope this answer helps!
